Replacing the existing core system in the financial industry is a huge project, costing billions of dollars, involving hundreds of projects, hundreds of IT personnel and vendors. It is a difficult task to ensure timely launch. The challenge faced by PMO is how to assist the IT team in controlling the progress of all projects. Electronic project meeting minutes

Providing electronic meeting minutes function, which can transform the assigned tasks from meetings into automated actions, automatically generating a PDF of the minutes that includes unfinished tasks from the previous meeting. This saves time and allows for easy access to historical meeting records.

One-click generation of project presentation

The one-click generate project presentation (ppt) feature helps to save a lot of time on creating progress reports, unify the format and language of communication for hundreds of projects, and improve the efficiency of project progress communication.

AP Life Cycle Management
